Ian Watt: Hi good morning! It's Ian Watt outside the Downtown Vancouver but not too far away. My client the other day I just took away a new listing. Brand new client never work with there before. She's done some with her place and what she did and I thought there's a lot people who are going to sell their place should think about this. She wrote out a two page description of her only one bedroom condo. All the things that she fell in love with and all the things that she modified about her condo. And I thought it was great because it gave me a prospective that I didn't know and by doing the description myself it's not much easier for me to understand what the exactly what is the fantastic about this place. Sometimes it's a realtor that I taken for granted why people will buy their place here or there I know the reasons why things sell but I forget about the little things like looking out the window and seeing the cherry blossoms of the tree line street that are there this time a year like those kind of things. So next time your gonna sell your place write out a two page description. Give it to your realtor and tell them this is what made me fall in love with this place. My name is Ian Watt.
