Coach Tom Ferry: More importantly. How how consumers today can only find like this real professional as well as the properties. See everything is different back in the old days. The agents had all the power today the costumers have all the power. And what we look for is the right real estate professional to negotiate on their behalf.
Ian Watt: But are you finding that all realtors are doing this, even though we know we have to do it and the consumers are looking for. We find that most realtor are adopting to this new technology and new media?
