You Never Know What Will Happen With A Foreclosure Until You Go To Court
Ian Watt video blogs about how on Monday at court they expected to have 4 offers on the condo foreclosure at 950 Cambie Street and perhaps the idea of 4 interested parties scared everyone off so no offerers came to outbid the original purchaser, making the condo sell well below market value. Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
On Monday we're in court for 950 Cambie. We expected four other people
to show up to court to outbid their original offer and the original
offer went in at 395 for a two bed, two bath in Yaletown. Not a bad
price. But the thing is nobody showed up except for the original offer.
We were expecting it to go to 430, 440 or something like that but
nobody showed up. They are so funny I guess psychologically they
thought they are too many people coming and nobody came. It's very
interesting, so the woman who bought it got a fantastic deal. My name
is Ian Watt and if you have any questions about foreclosures. You could
always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you very much and have a great day!
