Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I wanted to mention how important it is to pay attention to the tax. For example the 1033 Marinaside key west complex. The tax is all over the place and some people would just take it for granted. For example in the tower there are 580 square foot one bedroom the tax for those for 2009 city property taxes are about $1500 dollars. However along the side along pacific side there are some 500 600 square foot townhouse that are live work zone those my friends, those have an annual tax of over $5000 dollars. The other one was $1500 for the same square foot and same finished, same everything except the dual live work zone has a tax of $5000 to $5500 dollars.
