Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. A lot of people asked me What's different about me compare to all the other 9,800 other realtors in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and what I tell them is I know it sounds kinda weird but I know even think of myself as a realtor coz' realtors I find are always chasing down business always running around trying to find a buyer, trying to find a buyer, trying to get a new lead. But myself what I do I market properties. When someone ask me to list her place that's what I do. I list their place, I expose it online and marketed in person as well. But I don't I don't generally work with buyers its a rare occasion when I get in the car with the buyer. I'm paid to market the property. Furthermore I'm not a "real estate adviser" either. I've been wrong so many times when it comes to good times to buy and sell property like I'd said before we have a we have a saying for people who always buy low and sell high they called liars it never happens twice the same way. You might lock out one time. But I'm not a real estate adviser it is far to complicated for this little brain to understand the economy and when to buy and sell. When your ready to sell and you wanna market your property and expose it online to people all around the world and have it expose in the right light in person as well then call me.
