Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review for the week that was September 5th to September 11th 2010. The Gastown, Yaletown, West End, Coal Harbour and Yaletown I think, yeah those five areas. We had a 123 new listings, we had 40 price reductions and 49 sales. And it goes to show you, this is the first week after labour day. Lot of places were cancel the last week of August drop in our inventory down but it seems like they're gonna be poppin' up again totally I'm balance but the one thing you can see consistently. We've had about ten sales a day for the Downtown core. Now year to date, we've had 1,972 sales and presently were sitting at 1,365 listings. Be very interesting to see how the next few weeks pan out. What happened in September definitely dictates what happens in October, November and December because right now people are listing their places for the next three months. There's a lot of inventory it's going to have a downward pressure. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
