Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
I know it's not really cool to be stick in it to other people
especially when they've lost money but I kind a like doing it and I
kind a get off by doing it but I just wanted to blog about something
rather interesting. In the month of August there were two sales at the
building in Downtown Vancouver. Two one bedroom sales in August. Now
one went with the flat fee discounted real estate company and one went
with CondoGo which I happen to own. Now, both are one bedrooms, three
floors of difference that's it. So it wasn't like the view opened up
completely. But one sold for $412,000 dollars and one sold for 379. Of
course that person did save about $8,000 dollars on their commission
but they lost $33,000 dollars in their pocket. Kind of interesting I
thought. But it just something I rather send out there. So if you look
into save a little bit money and you don't know where to go. Think
about CondoGo.com because offering of full commission or a healthy
commission cause there's no standard commission in Canada. A healthy
commission to the buyer as an incentive. Then look at CondoGo.com. My
