Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I have blogged about this before but it never seizes to amaze me how many people are hang up on asking prices. The asking price doesn't mean what your condo is worth and some jack ass upstairs might have their place on for a hundred thousand dollars more than the last sale doesn't mean your place worth that price. Remember it's asking price only. Take the average of all the ones in the area. Take off 10% that's probably a good rule thumb to start with in this market.
