MyRealPage versus Ubertor, from a realtor perspective

Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt to Downtown Vancouver. I'm nursing a cold right now and I got a bit of a rasby voice but I wanted to talk to you about websites. Personally I use Ubertors and yesterday I was teaching a class a website marketing for realtors. And this question came up a couple times why do I use Ubertor and this are all new realtors getting into the business. Now I wanted to explain but of course were short of time. So I thought about it why do I use Ubertor and not MyRealPage. Well first of all Ubertor is the leader. They have 7,000 websites out there all throughout North America and they don't copy anybody they're an innovator. They had blogging three years ago on their websites MyRealPage just got blogging on their website. They had video integration on their website at Ubertor and video integration. It might be in the worst or the plans or whatever in MyRealPage but they don't have that. And another thing is. It's SEO friendly. Whatever google tells all the web designers to do they have already done it so we don't have to twig it every single day. They always updating it. Also the things to do also they have site maps not just a site map for the main pages but site maps in anything you blog all your open houses and plus all the listings as well. Get their own site maps which is awesome for google. Now one thing that is really apparent. Ubertor doesn't have a contract. They are so confident your gonna like their product that you can leave at anytime if you don't. And I think companies they have contracts for one year they're probably afraid that their product sucks a little that your gonna think your going somewhere else but the Ubertor is so confident that your gonna stay with them and another thing they have unlocked it so anyone who knows CSS or web design can recreate the look of the website. You don't have to just buy another template like MyRealPage. They have unlocked it so if you can d it or you wanna pay a designer they'll do it. I think those are enough reasons.
