No loved ones? Well give it to Canuck Place Children's Hospice then

Ian Watt video blogs about how the government will benefit from your death if there is no will and no next of kin, why not leave it for Canuck Place? If want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real estate Video Blogs.

Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt to Downtown Vancouver heading up to head office in Kerrisdale. Yes I have a little cold right now but I gonna video blog again anyways. Now, a friend of mine took a listing old lady in there and she died and he went in to got the keys to list up the property. And what happen was when he got in there he found a lot of art and it turns out the art is worth three million dollars. So the house worth about $700,000 dollars. But the worst of it is there's no next of kin. So after the sale of all the art, sale of the property. All the money goes to the government in Canada is always running out of surplus. They always have tons of money. So my suggestion is because I do love paying the government. But my suggestion is if you don't have a next to kin right up a will and donate all your proceeds to yourself your pop up. Send it all to all Canuck place. Canuckplace.org it's my charity of choice. You can check them out at Canucksplace.org or you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
