Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. And Howe and Nelson street just heading back to the office. Now a lot of people always bring up this point as far as buying and selling is concern. In Vancouver we have the winter Olympics coming up with 2010. It's 2008 right now but here's my prediction. For the last six years we've seen prices increase increase increase but for the last year we've seen a bit of a correction but people always say shouldn't I sell right before after the Olympics and the buyers are always say should I buy after the Olympics cause traditionally what we've seen is all the this Olympics cities have had a great increase right before the Olympics and then a correction right after the Olympics. Now my prediction is that because we've seen our correction right now. Were gonna going to the Olympics with the very balance market and I don't think there's gonna be a big change for anything that going on as far as the Vancouver condo price are concern. But I do think when you go to Whistler those heavy hitters those international players are going to come and make a bit of an impact on the prices on Whistler because they can afford to use this properties two maybe three weeks a year and sit on them and the five ten million dollars on all those ones. So all those ones may have the spike but I don't think the residential Vancouver is going to see much of a change before or after the Olympics. My name is Ian Watt.
