Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I've been thinking about this pre-sale situations of project marketers. What were going to see it's just before Christmas right now. But in my prediction is because were not gonna see many pre-sales for about five years in Downtown Vancouver. Is that a lot of this companies are gonna start to lay it off because they have nothing to do right now. But I think they haven't announce any name because everybody wants to have a nice Christmas party, have a rosy Christmas. But if you are working for a project marketer I thi nk you should be thinking. Well it's gonna be about three or four weeks before I am ask and have to start to look for a new a job.
