Steve Jagger: Hi good morning. It's Steve Jagger in Downtown Vancouver. I just wanted to shoot a quick video here. Ian Watt asked me to shoot a quick video as one of the I think 5 or 7 people that are doing them while he is away. And ah, so I think most of the people that are shooting their videos are kind of not taunting Ian but imitating Ian in his opening and closing at the way he does his video. So I thought I'd do a little something a little different sort of tell a quick story. I know that there's a lot of realtors that watch his videos everyday and I just want to let you know how Ian got started in the video blogging world. When my company Ubertor about 2007 we sent out 20 flip video cameras as presents Christmas presents to 20 of our clients. And I hand picked the 20 people that were gonna get this flip cameras and it wasn't the like our VIP client or our highest paying clients or whatever it is. It was people that we thoguht were tech savvy or potentially tech savvy enough to do something with the flip video camera. And so we sent out 20 cameras to 20 of our savvy realtors or realtors we thought were savvy. And of all the 20 that did anything with the camera, Ian Watt was the only one. And he wasn't even tech, I wouldn't I wouldn't even guess I would have picked somebody different. If there was only gonna be one, Ian Watt wouldn't be on top of the list. So the point is anybody can do this. Anybody can do all mine video, use social media, use media.com you know, whatever it is there's so many free tools out there that allow realtors to market their business and promote themselves and their properties in such an effective way that we just didnt have 5,6,7 years ago. So the point of the message is get out there do it you know figure out something and get involved in the online internet movement because they'll be, you'll see a lot of upside from, from getting involved and taking the next steps. So if you have any questions definitely email me. My email address is sjagger@ubertor.com that's u-b-e-r-t-o-r dot com. Thanks and I'll talk to you soon.
