Ian Watt : I note ideas for my 2nd run in a couple of days. What I'm doing is we've had a property for sale for about 3 weeks, tons of action but no offers on ti yet. Its vacant. My client doesn't live in Vancouver. So we decided, instead of  bothering him to spend 3 or $5,000 staging it, we dropped $1,000 of our own money and stage it ourselves. What we've done, we've gone in there, we put a bed in there. We've put a carpet. A couple of Barcelona chairs. A dining room table and stage it up the best we could. Its not professionally dine but whole idea of staging is to give people an idea of what the layout would look like in a big empty space. And how their furnitures might look in the property in the fututre. So its going to be very interesting showing resume again tomorrow and we'll see how long it'll take us to sell this property. Those sre kind of the things that people expect from their realtors, to go out and do that extra little to the job done. And that's why our clients love working with us. My name's Ian Watt. If you wanna stay-tuned to what will happen to this property, I will blog about it once it sells or you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca . Thank you very much and have a great day!
