Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon. Its Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver on this rainy summer day. Just had some issues. When oyu're thinking of hiring a realtor to lease your property or find a property in Downtown, Vancouver, not only important to find somebody that knows the properties but somebody that has a relationship, ah relationship with the Strata Management Company. Strata Management Company play a big part... the life of your building as a property and the transaction of the property as well. Got some issues with one property management company. Luckily , I do know aomebody within the organization. Apparently, somebody had just taken over the account and did'nt know anything about it. So he kept passing the buck saying " its your problem, its your problem, its your problem." Turns out its not our problem. It was his problem. He just didn't know his job well enough cause he as just taken over that account. Luckily, we did know someone in the inside to help us out. Everything's patched up. Thanks to that person there at the management company. But if that dadn't , we hadn't gotten through and the problem wasn't resolved, we don't even know if the property would have registered or even been sold.. So next time you're hiring a realtor for Downtown, Vancouver, make sure they know what they're talking about. Make sure they're well-versed in condos in Downtown, vancouver. My name's Ian Watt.
