Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon, Its Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. Just heading to a foreclosed property that we have for sale. I'm trying to deliver a notice for the owner of the property to let them know that we're coming in on Friday at 6 o'clock to show the property to prospective purchasers. Communication has been real difficult with this property with the owner. Obviously the owner's not happy about the situation, doesn't want the property to be sold but we are hired by the lender to sell the property. We have to do our job. So I'm going out there to send some notification. Let them know we're gonna be coming by so she's not startled on Friday. My name's Ian Watt. If you wanna discuss foreclosures, you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca . Thank you very much and have a great day!
