Ian Watt : Hi Good Evening! it's Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. It is 10:30 at night just finished writing up an offer for a property that my client's want to purchase in the West End. It appears that there are going to be 10 offers in total competing for this property. Unbelievable! It's amazing how sought after the West End is and the one thing we have to remember that the West End is consist of probably about 20% strata condominiums at 80% other as in leasehold coop or just rental buildings. And the West End is a very unique part of the Downtown core. It has a great community feel. And that's why this is going into multiple offers.
