Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just came back from the Millennium Project. The Olympic Village where the olympic athletes are gonna stay for the 2010 Olympics and then they become condos afterwards. What it was, was a twelve person about twelve person. Two or myself and Kathy Stilwell went on a tour, was a hard hot tour to see what the project is all about. It was unbelievable! Not only is it leagues, gold certified. It was just a spectacular place all together. There's gonna be an urban fare, there's gonna be a brew pub down there. But there are hundred and twenty modest market residence which means the developer has to hold a hundred and twenty units or I believed its twenty or twenty plus years before they can sell up and they have to be a rental. A fare market rental a project. There's also a, a two hundred and fifty social housing or non-market housing throughout there like a senior's facility. Which is a quiet spectacular and self in there. I believed it was seven hundred and thirty five condos in the Millennium Project. Including a four thousand square foot penthouse which I believed is going to be well over ten million dollars. With single unit, one floor, two huge decks, over height ceilings and views of false creek. It was awesome! I wanna thank specially Tracy Mctavish, Bob Rennie and of course Kathy Stilwell my partner for coming along as well and having me there. It was amazing! I totally think differently about Millennium and the Olympic Village. Not sure with the prices are gonna end up. But the product and the future development of that neighborhood is going to be spectacular! My name is Ian Watt. If you have any question about the Millennium Project or the Olympic Village you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca . Thank you very much and have a great day! Oh! and I forgot to say I'm not allowed, I wasn't allowed to fill many thing in there. For security reasons that's why there is no interior footage. Have a great day!
