Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I blogged about this before but I wanna mentioned it again cause obviously, it's a bit of a problem for some people to understand this. What it is, is people inquiring. They send us a long email saying: Were looking for this kind of property. Yesterday we have someone inquire, about a Three million dollar penthouse that they're looking for twenty five hundred square feet etc. etc., and is one thing to inquire in one property in particular on your own. But it's another thing to send a wish less. If you have any property like this, please contact us. If you are already working with another realtor and this drives me crazy. Why don't you just say that you are working with another realtor and if you're working with another realtor. Why isn't that realtor calling us about this properties too. It drives me insane, so if you're going to inquire on one of your properties, all you have to do is just disclosed that your looking or your working with another realtor. Then there won't be any problems in the future. My name is Ian Watt.
