Ian Watt: Hi Good Morning, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. What we have to do today is, It's the end of the month we have to serve notice to some tenants, the new buyers going to occupy the property and they want the tenants gone. So were going to serve them their notice, their 2 months notice to vacate the property. The unfortunate thing is that these people are not coming to the phone, they're not answering the emails and they're not going to the front desk get their office so we can serve this, so we what we have to do. We have to post it on the door, what I liked to do is post it on the door, slide it underneath the door, email it to them, take a photograph of me posting it on a door and video blog it too and send it to them, so I got all basis covered so they don't squeezed out an extra month. They can turn around and say: You know what were living in ten days that's the rule in BC. We can give them two months to vacate. They can turn around and leave in ten days. Not my work out best for the buyer but nonetheless were covering all basis were again we can get them out. My name is Ian Watt if you wanna learn more about discussing or learning more about. Sorry it's a little early in the morning. Learning more about serving notice go to the governments rental landlord website. You can google it you'll find it from the British Columbia Government or you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca . Thank you very much and have a great day!
