Super excited today because Inman news from the United States published their lists of the 20 most powerful or sorry influential people in real estate. This are the candidates for the no.1 prize for being the most influential person in Real Estate. And its such an honor to be in fantastic company. My name is on the lists along with Mr. Steve Jagger who won with Ubertor last year for Most think Innovative Real Estate Software Company which is awesome. But top of the list their is Warren Buffet from Berkshire Hathaway that guy is by far the most influential person in Real Estate period. If that guy said go to Vancouver buy real estate in Vancouver. Vancouver will explode with international investors. That guy is got more poll than anybody. He's gonna win and if not its just a joke because he's by far the most influential person in any industry.
