A B C and D Class Condominium Buildings In Downtown Vancouver

Ian Watt video blogs about A B C and D Class Buildings In Downtown Vancouver. There are only about 12 A Class buildings so most buildings are B and C class and a D class building is just a C Class with issues. Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. There are a lot people out there looking for penthouses, looking for condos and lodgery buildings in Downtown. Now my rule is that you are always trying to get in the best building you can. Vancouver in Downtown Vancouver we have four types of buildings. We have the A Class A Class buildings in my opinion are those are ultra exclusives . There's probably about ten or twelve to those in Downtown. The B Class buildings are upscale luxury buildings but just don't have that panache of the A Class buildings. The majority of buildings in Downtown Vancouver are is a C Class there's nothing wrong with the C Class but if you take the D Class. The D Class is basically C Class with problems. That's one thing you have to consider, when you are out buying penthouses. Sure you can get a nice a penthouse in a C Class building but then again your dealing with C Class residence, C Class problems and potentially the potential of becoming D Class building if they are some issues coming in the building. So those are the different thoughts on A B and C and D, a lot of people think they are living in a A Class building but really there's probably only twelve of those in Downtown Vancouver. My name is Ian Watt. If you have any questions regarding A B C or D. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
