Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just couple days left in 2009 but were focusing on the False Creek North area, the Beach Avenue area, and all the sales that have happened in that area in today's blog. What I wanna tell you is that in 2009 the biggest sale was the 5,000 square foot home. Was a condo overlooking the water just of the Beach Avenue it was 3.5 million dollars it was is sold for. That's the biggest sale of the year and it took three hundred and two days to do it. Unbelievable things don't sell as quickly as you may imagine.
