Ian Watt:
Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Part of our 2009 year in review we have the largest sale in the entire Downtown core and I'm talking about Gastown, Yaletown which is False Creek North, the Downtown on the MLS, the West End and Coal Harbour and no surprise here. The biggest sale of the year was a 6.5 million dollar 4,000 square foot unit in Coal Harbour and it was at the Shaw Tower. Spectacular waterfront views with mountains in a distance. It's just a phenomenal unit. Don't get so excited about this person making too much money they actually bought it for 6.5 million dollars a year before and at the property transfer tax minus the commissions. They lost to have the some of cash in this transaction. My name is Ian Watt and that was the biggest sale in the Downtown core which was about sixteen hundred and twenty five square dollars per square foot. Which is not the record prices dollar per square foot in Downtown Vancouver. How ever it was the biggest sale in the Downtown core. If you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
