Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. It's actually 11:30 at night, it's
Sunday night. I've been driving around the city all night trying to get
some signatures and get this contract book together. Being a realtor is
not the most glamorous thing in the world, you got to work hard, you
got to work a lot of hours but I love it. I won't give it up on
anything. I love being a realtor but there's a lot of sacrifices that
come with trying to be a successful realtor, especially in Downtown
