Ian Watt video blogs about people think they are going to get a better deal if they say its going to be a cash offer, like its a big incentive. Ian Watt explains how if you want to impress his clients make it a SUBJECT FREE OFFER. Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I want to tell people cash offers don't mean crap to me. I don't really care if you have a cash offer right? That's so misleading that people care if it's a cash offer. My sellers they don't care if the money comes from you or they don't care if the money comes from a bank. Cash offer does not mean a subject free offers, so don't say I'm willing to give you this price and it's cash offer. If your willing to give us this price and you want it to make attractive. Make it a subject free offer with no subject in inspection, no subject to financing, no subject to any of the documentation. That might excite my clients. But a cash offer means nothing, nothing. Sure it's great that you don't have to go to the obstacle getting financing but it doesn't change the price for my clientele. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
