Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review for the week that was August 22nd to August 28. And in the Downtown core as I always say Gastown, Yaletown, West End, Coal Harbour and Downtown. Those five areas we had sorry I had to get my chi chi right here. We had 88 new listings not bad pretty fair. Okay we had 39 price reductions but we had 49 sales. Again not a bad week. Remember last week I said we got the crap kicked out of us. We have been going up and down good week, bad week, good week, bad week all year long and it's not a great week but pretty good I guess. So anyways year to date we have had 1,883 sales and then also active listings we had 1,440 active listings in all price ranges in all areas of the Downtown core. Pretty interesting week now next week we going to September. September definitely gets a little bit of a charge over the summer time traditionally. And then November and December come around it's a little quiet. So be interesting to see what happens for the last four months of the year. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
