Were going to court for 316 - 1345 West 15th Avenue of foreclosure that we have. It has an accepted offer, let me know if you want to know the accepted offer price I'll tell you three, four, five days before October 4th. But October 4th your more than welcome to come to the court house and find out how it all goes down. See if the judge approves the offer that we have or see if anyone else wants to bid and feel free if you want to bid as well.
