Its Realtor Bonus Time In With Vancouver Condo Pre-Sales

Ian Watt video blogs about how most pre-sales and resales in the city of Vancouver are offering realtor bonus commission of an extra $5000 $10,000 and the $20,000 on top of the regular commission offered to make an incentive to get the realtors to bring their clients in to these over-priced developments. Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. No matter what project you look at. Whatever pre-sale or any project that's out there. They're offering lots of money for realtors. Five thousand, ten thousand, twenty thousand dollars as a bonus on top of the regular commission that they were going to offer. It's kind of funny because obviously the market is not doing that well and people don't want to pay a premium prices for something that's not even built yet. There's no incentive, so instead of making it in incentive for the buyer the guy with all the money or with all the money they're saying realtors come and look at this. You can get rich by doop in your clients in the buying something that's probably not in their best interest. Does anybody see the problem here? The problem is this is an incentive for the realtor but not the buyer. What is wrong with this people? change the prices, make the product more attractive, do something to make the buyer want to buy not the realtor, is crazy. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
