New Condo Listing - 88 (or 18 new listings per day)
Price Changes - 38 (or 8 price changes per day)
Units Sold - 54 (or 11 sales per day)
Total Listings - 1326
Total 2010 Sales - 2109
Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the week in review for the week that was September 26th to October 2nd 2010 and what we see is there were 88 new listings, there were 38 price reductions and 54 sales but what I can't calculate, what I can't pull the stats on very easily is how many cancellations and terminations happened on September 30th. There were quite a few, so what we see the listing count drop a little bit to 1,326 and so far year to date we have 2,109 sales so far this year.
