Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the year in review for Coal Harbour for 2010. Again I have all my cheat sheets on the dashboard but what were looking at is the most expensive place sold in Coal Harbour in 2010. Was a 3,600 square foot place at 2 Harbour Green and that was $5.8 million dollars right on the water not a bad place to live though. Then the cheapest one sold for $273,000 dollars and that was a studio at the Cube 420 square feet coincidentally that is also the smallest one. Then we have at the Bayshore, one of the Bayshore Garden buildings that one was the largest ones sold was 4,300 square feet. And again like I said The Cube was the smallest at 420 but the biggest price per square foot in Coal Harbour in 2010 that I could find on the mls was 2,106 dollars per square foot and that was at the Fairmont. Not many sales at the Fairmont this year but that one was the biggest one in Coal Harbour and the cheapest one in Coal Harbour was on Melville. It was the smaller unit or sorry was a thousand square feet sold for 495 and that makes it 495 a square foot. That is Coal Harbour 2010 year in review. My name is Ian Watt. If you have any questions, you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
