Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Well I heard it from a couple sources and it seems to be happening. Colliers International though it's one of the bigger international leasing and property management companies out there. Property or not just leasing and sales of commercial properties as well seems to be buying up Vancouver condo and Crosby Management two of the bigger property management companies in Downtown Vancouver. What I know some people are getting laid off because the two departments are merging together to form some super power type property management company owned by Colliers or one of their subsidiaries all this are all second hand information and I heard it from some people that were just laid off.
