Don't Over-Renovate to Sell Your Vancouver Condo

Ian Watt video blogs about how there are many people who choose to install a new kitchen or bathroom when preparing to sell their Vancouver condo, when new paint, new lighting and perhaps new flooring might be the better investment. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Obviously when it comes time to sell your property you wanna make it look as good as possible. However a lot of people go way over board and put tons of dough into their property. Like a $50,000 dollar bathroom or a $50,000 dollar kitchen sure that fantastic that you want to do that but do those two kinds of renovations when you want to live in it. If your going to sell your condo paid lighting and maybe flooring can made all the world of difference don't spend $50,000 dollars on your condo and expect to get a hundred. Maybe break even maybe take a bit of a lost and maybe it will sell quicker if you do it. But talk to your realtor first because usually paid lighting and flooring will do the trick. My name is Ian Watt if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
