Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. How long does it take to sell your Vancouver condo? Well in the Downtown core this year what were finding is from the zero to 500,000 dollars price range. Those ones takes 33 days. If it's from 500,000 to a million dollars it's on 46 days on average and if it's a million plus it's on average 69 days. That's how long it takes to sell your Vancouver condo in Downtown Vancouver if it's priced correctly. If it's not like I'd said it in the last video blog there have been over a eleven hundred terminations, cancellations and price protections this year meaning people work willing to pay those prices so that's a whole lot of expired that we've never seen before. But if you price it right it will sell in 33 days, in 46 days or in 69 days depending on your price bracket. My name is Ian Watt. If you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
