Bylaws Passed for Non Smoking Condos in Downtown Vancouver

Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. This is kinda exciting news for non-smokers what were starting to see some buildings for example 1189 Melville has voted and of course 75% of the strata had to approved it but they voted to make it a non-smoking building which means you can’t even smoke in your suites you supposed to go outside. Of course a lot of people will kinda cheat the system but nonetheless I think it’s a huge depth as far as Vancouver is concern and real estate and smoking I think it is awesome. 1189 and hopefully we're gonna see more buildings like 1189 Melville in the near future bring it up at your AGM and don’t be afraid to pass this bylaw I think more people are excited about this new bylaw than are upset about it.
