Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I always find it fascinating when people are hesitated about buying a conversion like an office building that's converted to condos. See, builders of regular condos they built outlast the worthy which is generally a five year warranty so five years plus a day your gonna have problems they know what last for five years. So office buildings are generally built by the owner the landlord who's gonna hold on to it for ten, fifteen, twenty years so commercial great buildings are generally, generally speaking a lot better and higher grade than condos. So chances are if your gonna buy a condo conversion find out who the owner was before, how long they owned it, what it was used for and then make your decision but chances are you gonna get a better deal on a condo conversion then you are on a regular condo.
