Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. This video is for the ianwatt.ca commission page. I put all my commissions on this page so everybody knows what I charged. There is no set commission in Real Estate in Canada. The Competition  Bureau is very strict about that and what I charged is a little bit more than what you'll see on an average in the Downtown core because I believed my services are worth it and my clients do believe that as well.
