Update on the Yaletown Foreclosure at 950 Cambie Street

Ian Watt video blogs about the foreclosure they have for sale at 950 Cambie Street. This Yaletown condo now has an accepted offer however it is not subject free yet. When it becomes subject free, the court date will be set and we will ask the judge to approve the sale making it firm and binding. If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs.

Ian Watt:
Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just came back from our second showing at 950 Cambie. At 950 Cambie suite 405 is a foreclosure. We have for sale. The first showing we had 33 people through the second showing we have 24 people through and we do have an offer in right now so what happens they're going through to diligence process they have 5 business days to removed their subjects and the deal becomes non subject from deal. What happens then it is only subject to the supreme court approval. So what it happens it's instigates a court date, it goes off to the court at that time we will disclose how much this offer accepted for. So everyone who can come to the court can outbid that person and it becomes an auction from there on in. It's going to be very interesting to seems to be a hot property and it looks like we might get multiple offers on this one and go. Perhaps over asking not try not to jinks myself but that's the way it looks right now. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions about foreclosures. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
