Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Yes it’s been awhile since I’ve done any video blogs it’s been a few years actually I did 760 blogs and then I took some time for myself just to slow down a little bit. But now that I have a new website it’s time to do some blogging again and a lot of people sent me a messages because they want to see the blogs about the Downtown Vancouver market, mostly because the staff that reported in the news always had a spin on it and it’s about the Westside condos or the East Side condos or real estate in general it’s not hyper logo and it’s always one month out of date. So I’ll be blogging every single week about the Downtown Vancouver market which makes up of Yaletown, Gastown, Downtown, the West End and Coal Harbour.
