Home Owners Do Know Your Realtor Is Doing This ?
Ian Watt video blogs about how some realtors are writing in to the realtor comments (a hidden section the general public can't see on the feature sheet) that if the buyer's realtor is not physically there the first time, the buyer's realtor's commission will drop to $100. This is a very interesting situation because it doesn't show in the public comments so it makes Ian curious if the homeowner even knows this is happening. If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to email@example.com and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs.
Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I find it very interesting that were seeing this more and more in the realtor comments on a MLS feature sheet. It is saying in some instances if you don't physically bring the buyer to this property the realtors commission changes from whatever it is to a hundred dollars. I don't think the owners know that the realtors are doing this. Because its in the realtor comments but not in the public comments. So if you just listed your property for sale. Ask your realtor to print out a form realtor sheet and then you will know if there is any hidden little catches that you didn't know about. Because you don't wanted to tier people from showing your property. You wanna make it as attractive and as inviting to all the realtors as possible. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You could always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you very much and have a great day!
