How to raise your kids and sell your home
Ian Watt video blogs about hiring a realtor and why you shouldn't take advice from someone who hasn't been there themselves. If want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs.
Ian Watt: Hi good evening! It's Ian Watt here just in Downtown Vancouver. If your a parent maybe you will appreciate this. There's nothing more insulting, more irritating and then somebody without children trying to tell you as a parent how to raise your kids. And what's the right way and the wrong way and what your doing wrong. Its very difficult for a parent to appreciate the advice from people you don't even have kids. So the next time your hiring a realtor and you want to know if that realtors know what it's like to be a buyer or a seller. Ask them what did they own? What kind of property they own? What kind of real estates transaction have they done personally. I probably wouldn't take parenting advice from somebody with no kids. So I don't know why I would take a real estate advice from someone who is never bought or sold real estate ever in their life. So next time your interviewing a realtor, good question to ask is have you ever bought and sold real estate? And do you have any real estate holdings. You can make your decision after that and maybe as a parent. You love getting an advice from people who have no idea of what it's like to be a parent. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at email@example.com. Thank you very much and have a great day!
