Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just going back down to 1950 Robson Street where have a court ordered sale foreclosure sale happenings. It's going to court on February 2nd as I've told you before. However, this is an owner occupied unit and the cost thing about owner occupied unit are chances are the owners don't really want to sell but unfortunately we have well this guys someone been cooperative and he let his in once a week for 30 minutes every time and we just talked in about everyone and everyone comes in at that time It's probably the best way to this situation to work out. Now unfortunately because it's going to court on February 2nd and today I believe is the 29th that he knows that he doesn't have the help anymore because its too late for us to get the courts involved. Now he doesn't cooperate we can the court stew actually force in there but he knows that because it's Thursday and it go to court on Monday there's nothing really we can do. You know it's unfortunate because it's really in his best interest to have multiple offers and more bidders go towards the court and what happens is if he gets you know a multiple offers situation in court. Which is usually happens the amount of money owing is that gonna be much that much more decreased but he's actually doing disservice by not allowing us to go in there. So now what I'm doing I'm driving out at 1950 Robson to tell the 15 and 20 people that show up. Sorry can't even see the property. My name is Ian Watt. If you want to discuss about foreclosures.
