Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Today was an interesting day because I fired two clients and I kind feel bad for doing so but the thing is when you get to a certain level. You want to just work with the people you want to work with. AN extra five or ten thousand dollars at the end of the year is not gonna make or break my year. And the thing is one guy had his place listed with another realtor. He didn't sell I took over the listings. It didn't sell and half way through this listing he wants up the price. A ten percent up increase in the price. If he didn't sell at this price why would ten percent increase in a price make a difference. So it's not work my time, my energy or my money to market this property anymore. So I basically just said thank you very much time to find a new realtor. The second situation was the guy is so stats oriented and that's great some people just that way engineers, accountants you know they need a lot of information. I guess I'm not the right realtor for them. In finding the right realtor is like finding the right doctor, lawyer or the right hair dresser. Anyone can do the job you just want to find the guy that you have to confidence in and you fit for and to tell you the truth. I'm not great fit for that guy. So I referred him off to my mentor. A guy who trained me the first time I get to the business. So that was an important thing I can't waste time with people that we just don't connect with or don't understand the way I do this business. It's maybe a little bit cocky but it was one of those things you get to a certain level. It's nice to be able to pick and choose your clients. just like they pick and choose their realtor.
