Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Happy new year! I hope you have a safe and prosperous 2009. And I wanted to talk to you about goals for 2009. Nobody wants to tell their goals coz' I guess they don't want to put it out there because when it's out there you have to actually try your best to achieve them well it's difficult to achieve your goals but I'm gonna tell you mine for 2009. My goal is to make president's club and president's club let me tell you is the top 1% of realtors in Greater Vancouver. Now there are 9,500 realtors in Greater Vancouver could have changed in a while but that was the last I checked and 9,500 means 95 realtors. Now over the past six years the president's club was dominated by people who are involved in pre-sales, bringing their clients to pre-sales or project marketers. All those the rennie's and the mac marketing and all those kinds of companies. They will sell one building (bam!). They're rating to the president's club. You have to be in a year to be in a medallion club and you know that's the top 10% of all realtors. It's 9 about 950 realtors I guess that make into it. But this year because pre-sales are dead. I figured that this is the first year that I have a real opportunity to make it in to the president's club coz' I've never been really involved with pre-sales. So this is the year that I'm going to do it. Swing it for the fences my goal for 2009 is to make president's club. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you very much and have a great day!
