Ian Watt: Ian Watt: Hi good morning! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I'm actually on the South side of the False Creek at Millennium Water. You might get see the buildings behind right now and you might have seen yesterday in the Vancouver Sun or on the province or on the television that this Olympic Village building are completely over budget and I think. I thinks it blows me away that we didn't see this one coming. First of all this properties are at Coal Harbour prices for an upcoming neighborhood. I don't know how many of sold. I have no idea how many people have bought here. But I don't understand why anyone will buy here at this price range right now. That's my opinion and I laso have another opinion. My opinion is and this is not fact this is my theory on this. I think this developers and this again I have no proof towards this. This is just my theory is that they know that the governments gonna bail amount. So they said they are over budget so that everyone can get paid. The government will go for some money because the Olympic athletes needs to stay in here and needs to stay on time I bet you they just try to do this. Just squeeze a little money out of the a government. I don't know, maybe that's just my opinion. Maybe I'm totally off. But I think the Millennium Water project it's an interesting location. If were 400 per square foot cheaper I will tel everyone to buy in there but there's no way I would recommend in purchasing here . When you could be in Cola Harbour or in Yaletown for the same prices. There's nothing here and maybe there will be in the future or right now it's an upcoming neighborhood and it's not worth the price that people are paying and that's my opinion. Don't get upset if you don't like it. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you very much and have a great day!
