Ian Watt: Hi good morning! It’s Ian Watt. I'm on the west side of Vancouver just driving up at street and I just had a fantastic conversation with somebody at the City Television and what were chatting about not at really really real estate related but were kind a talking about how magazine advertising. A magazine general for a real estate a very much to people who don't know what they want. The internet on the other hand just what I'm saying is for what people who know what the want. For example I didn't know where I'm gonna live, what kind of house I want to live in and probably look out one of those real estate magazines. However if I know how I want to live in Downtown Vancouver and I want to live in a condo or penthouse and probably go to google and type in Vancouver penthouse for sale and then I will find the right person and go that route. So the internet in my perspective is for people who know what they want. Magazine advertsising is definitely for people who have no clue for what they want but in a general way they understand they need a real estate. That's my opinion and I really think that magazines are a dying breed when it comes to advertising. A lot of people will keep on doing it for a while but they're getting thinner and thinner. If you don't agree with what I'm saying or if you'd like to voice your opinion. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.caThank you very much and have a great day!
