Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. We get email like this all the time. Somebody wants to sell their condos but they don't wanna use their realtor and they send it out say: hey just so you know I'm selling this privately and this is the price in their market value they're not a great deal or anything like that. I'm a cooperate with any realtors would give you a commission but the funny thing is, if they're selling at value and they don't put it in the MLS they're loosing out on 9,400 realtors in a Greater Vancouver area. Those are not even including like Surrey in the Valley and that kind of area either. So you're cutting out all those people. Imagine if every realtor has just one buyer. That's 9,400 buyers you are missing because you are not marketing to them via the MLS. The MLS is so powerful that that's how all the realtors find all the information and you might have a data base of 10, 15, a hundred different realtors and you send it out to them but they probably won't take it as seriously as if it's on the MLS. So think about that next time and their all different services, all different price ranges you don't have to pay a huge commission. If you just wanna get it on the MLS.
