Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. It is official the BC in Vancouver BC now stands for bring cash. According to Reuters and Vancouver Sun, Vancouver has now become the most expensive city in North America. Of course I would like to take most to the credit being the obnoxiuos realtor I am in Downtown Vancouver, however I think a lot of it has to do with strong immigration, a strong Canadian dollar and of course the American still trying to find the bottom of the toilet as far as their economy concern so there’s a lot of factors playing a part and of course our local realtors do make it the most expensive city as well. But it’s great news for Vancouver kind a sucks if you’re trying to buy into the city but if you own something in Downtown Vancouver or the surrounding areas great for you. My name is Ian Watt and if you want to know more about the most expensive city in North America. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
