I respect you as a RE professional and I enjoy viewing your videos. I'm looking for an apartment (I have a realtor) and I wanted to tell you from the perspective of a client why I think that myrealpage is better (the agent gave me VOW access). I have no relation to either companies and no affiliation - I'm a programmer for video games:
1. I can see all the updated MLS listing, not just the ones that the agent decides to show to me.
2. I can conduct my own searches. True, my agent knows more or less what I'm looking for and can forward to me relevant listing, but sometimes I change my mind, for example, if there's really a cool loft in Mount Pleasant I may be interested, although my initial target area is downtown.
3. myrealpage allows me to keep Favorites - list of of properties I want to follow.
