I just came into the office supposed 7:30 in the morning and on the cover of Vancouver  Sun there's a fantastic article about frustrated renters out of luck again. And it speaks about the vacancy right slip under .3%. .3 not 3%, .3% so if your an investor and your thinking about investing in Vancouver think about Downtown Vancouver it's a fantastic place to rent.
